If There's Time

Yep, we used to live here.  And the locals thought we were crazy but City Market is a wonderful feature in Kansas City that's missing from hipster heavy Austin.  On any given day you can get fresh veggies from real Amish farmers, mystery dishes from the asian food store, eat burnt end bbq sandwiches at Winslow's while being entertained by "Just Willie", buy dutch flowers, drink coffee with tatted beauties at City Market Coffee, maybe even smoke a hookah at Habashi House.  Don't worry, this is a for sho stop.  Check in tomorrow to see why!!!

FOR THE BOYS

A KC icon, Boulevard is renowned as the second largest brewery in Missouri.  Especially interesting is the Luncheon Series partnering with local restaurants for beer and food pairing.  We are entered in the drawing for the lunch with Lidia's.  Yep, internationally famous Lidia's.  Keep your fingers crossed.

First Priority...Lunch

"Step through the brightly colored doors and into a warm, hip scene."  Blue Koi Midtown...Crispy tofu with spicy awesome sauce, Egg plant pockets, Lovely dumplings, great beer, yummy wines.  This is one of my favorite places in KCMO.
